Dr. Dee A. Soder

Police Department; and a partner at Rohrer, Hibler, and Replogle (psychological consulting firm). While Senior Research Psychologist for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, she co-founded the highly regarded Personnel Testing Council in Washington 28 years ago. Richard M. Clarke

With an international career that spans four decades, Clarke's far-reaching expertise and experience has greatly benefited CEO Perspective Group clients. A founding member of CEO Perspective Group, Clarke advises top executives on governance issues, plus select specialties from his years of success in multiple industries. He also has helped clients start conservation-related ventures.

Formerly Chair of Hoechst Celanese, Akzo America, CEO of Nash-Elmo Industries and non-executive Chairman of Yankelovich Holding Company, Clarke is Chairman of the Thermotech Company and Simona America Inc.

Joel Ospa

Joel Ospa is routinely praised by business and human resource leaders for his understanding of complex business issues and their implications for people. Joel retired several years ago from Goldman Sachs & Co (GS). As a Managing Director in the Human Capital Management organization, he was responsible for the design and implementation of a global HR management system. Stanley W. Silverman

The former CEO of a global company, current public and private company board member, Stan Silverman has advised current and aspiring top executives on operational, strategic, governance and leadership issues. His experience and insights have helped many executives successfully take charge and deliver shareholder value.

The former president and chief executive officer of PQ Corporation, Silverman led a successful expansion of this privately held global company operating in 19 countries (North America, South America, Europe and Asia Pacific) in two core businesses - chemicals and engineered glass materials.

In addition to counseling chief executives on leadership and strategy, Silverman has advised private equity firms evaluating potential acquisition candidates. He is president of Horizon Venture Group LLC, a firm that invests as a limited partner in companies which have potential for growth and value creation.

He serves as a guest lecturer on Executive Leadership at the Wharton School and at the LeBow College of Business of Drexel University, where he holds the position of executive in residence.
