Can the CEO Perspective
Group help me?
Yes. Typically clients are leaders, either the best and brightest or
those aspiring to greater achievement and understanding. The CEO Group
is not for everyone. We won't accept work unless we can help make a
difference. Never judgmental, advice is practical and direct with an
eye to results. When you call, you'll be able to talk or meet with a
partner, who can quickly tell you if it's a match.
What are the
Group's rates?
Needs and goals vary widely; accordingly, fees may be hourly, for an
engagement, retainer, equity, or a combination. Services may be paid
by the individual client, his/her firm, Board or investor group.
I don't live
near an office - - can I still be a client?
Nearly half of current clients do not live near an office. The Group's
locations make meetings convenient for business leaders in the United
States and around the world.
How do people
find the CEO Perspective Group?
Our client
base is 98% referral by satisfied clients. Soder, Clarke, and the CEO
Group receive extensive media coverage but have never had to engage
in advertising to find new business. CEO Group clients are some of the
world's top marketing and advertising leaders. However, we have produced
only two brochures and this website. Results, not press, have kept us
in the forefront for decades.
How long are
people active clients?
We strive to help clients become self-sufficient as rapidly as possible.
Many clients continue to seek our advice as they encounter new challenges
and issues, including assessments of staff and transitions into new
roles.
How long has
the Group been around?
Since 1986.
Will I be talking
with the partners themselves or associates?
From your first call on, a CEO Group partner will personally handle
every aspect of your situation.
Can the CEO
Group work with multiple individuals at the same company?
Handling sensitive situations is a specialty of the CEO Group. Over
the years, the CEO Group has worked separately with bosses and subordinates,
husbands and wives, peers and partners and still maintained the highest
standards of confidentiality.
I've already
had some testing done - do I still need a CEO Group Assessment?
Some engagements do not require an Assessment, but it is recommended
in many situations. You will benefit from the CEO Group Assessment regardless
of your previous experience with psychological testing. This Assessment
is designed for the individual to yield the personal and practical information
most sought out by executives. Indeed, other psychologists seek out
Soder for themselves and their spouses.
What exactly is the Assessment? How long does it take?
The CEO Group Assessment has several components: an information intake
phase, analysis, and feedback to the clients. Initially, individuals
have a half day of highly interactive tests and questions. All components
meet rigorous requirements for reliability and validity for senior executives;
these proprietary assessment measures were designed to identify the
key components of leadership success. Where other programs give two-page
"feedback forms," the CEO Group feedback is an intensive, one-on-one
session. For time-sensitive situations, weekend and other schedule variations
are available. Contact Dr.Soder for further questions.
How do you measure
results?
At the start of any engagement, quantifiable goals are established,
and progress is continually assessed by the client and CEO Group partner.
We routinely help clients meet those goals. Clients are often so satisfied
that they pay more than they were charged and otherwise show their appreciation
of the results.
Is this confidential?
Yes - Leaders, many of whom are highly visible, have for decades discussed
with confidence the most intimate details of their business and personal
lives. We will not betray the trust of a client.
