Who We Are

Founded in 1986, CEO Perspective Group helps leaders continue to excel. Soder's vision was a service that combined psychology, business and results. Intensive research revealed nothing like this existed. Despite numerous training programs, there was nothing for senior executives. Nothing for a person whose problem wasn't finding a job, but rather too many options. Nothing for the first time chief executive. Nor for an executive who wanted to validate a plan or discuss a problem. The vision became a company — pioneering a new industry, executive coaching. This field is now estimated at over three billion dollars, attracting thousands of people.

The word spread with client success; yet Soder saw still more was needed for Boards, global business and major non-profits. Richard Clarke joined, bringing insights from his extraordinary career leading multinational corporations. CEO Perspective Group evolved. Other stellar top executives joined, including those with expertise in politics, technology and media.

With an eye to developing the next generation of leaders, in 2003 Fast Forward University™ was founded. Joel Ospa's three decades of human resource leadership helped this "boot camp" for potential stars to achieve nearly 70% success.

2009 initiatives address new governance issues and turbulent economic times. Ospa's compensation and human resource expertise is a valuable asset. Highly regarded director and former CEO Stan Silverman joined to assist executives with new international and operational responsibilities.
